Certified Hand Therapist
Sue is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and has been a registered Occupational Therapist since 1979. She became a Certified Hand Therapist in 1994. Most of her career has been spent in California working in a variety of settings with hand surgeons. In 2019 she retired from Stanford Hospital where she worked for 13 years, moved to Colorado in 2020 and joined Precision Plastic and Hand Surgery. Her expertise is in treating sports injuries, tendon repairs, traumatic hand injuries, scleroderma and arthritis. Sue has lectured at numerous conferences, presented a national webinar on scleroderma, has been a contributing editor to the Year Book of Hand and Upper Limb Surgery, and has enjoyed mentoring OT students and hand therapy fellows.
She is married, has 3 adult children and 4 wonderful grandchildren.
